If you email contact@moltrava.com, the company receives the address you write from, your message, and anything you choose to include. That correspondence is used to read and reply, and to keep ordinary business records of the exchange.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver the pages and to protect the service, the host may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, and the time of a request. Those logs are handled by the host for operations and security. They are not used by Moltrava as a marketing list.

Cloudflare describes its own handling of information in Cloudflare's privacy policy. If the host changes, this draft should be updated.

This website does not run advertising and does not include a third-party analytics service. It does not set its own cookies for marketing. A host or browser may still use strictly technical means required to deliver or secure the connection. That activity is not a Moltrava advertising program.

Email is used to correspond with the person who wrote. The company does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the email provider that holds the company mailbox and by the host that serves the site. Information may also be disclosed if the law requires it.

Email is kept long enough to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. Hosting logs follow the host's retention schedule. This draft does not set a fixed number of days, because the effective date and the final record practice are still pending.
